Importing Presets into Lightroom Classic (Desktop Version)
Open Lightroom Classic
Launch Adobe Lightroom Classic on your computer.
Navigate to the Develop Module
Click on Develop in the top menu bar or press D on your keyboard.
Open the Presets Panel
On the left side of the screen, locate the Presets panel.
Import Presets
Click the + icon at the top of the Presets panel.
Select Import Presets from the dropdown menu.
Choose Your Preset Files
Browse to the folder containing your preset files.
Select the .XMP or .ZIP file and click Import.
Locate Your Imported Presets
The imported presets will now be available in the Presets panel.
Importing Presets into Lightroom Mobile
Save Preset Files to Your Mobile Device
Ensure your preset files (usually .DNG format for mobile) are accessible on your phone. Save them to your gallery or a cloud storage app.
Open Lightroom Mobile App
Launch the Lightroom app on your mobile device.
Import the Preset File(s)
Tap the Add Photos icon (a "+" symbol).
Locate and import the .DNG preset files into your Lightroom library.
Create a Preset
Open the imported .DNG file in the Lightroom editor.
Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner and select Create Preset.
Name your preset, choose a group, and save it.
Use the Preset
Your new preset will now appear in the Presets panel for future edits.
